Pepper is an absolute love! He wants to spend all day with his foster family, whether that means laying on the couch, playing in the yard, or driving in the car. He loves car rides and enjoys playing with other dogs. The vet believes he is around 5 years old and that he may have experienced some trauma in his hindquarters because he has some difficulty waking, especially climbing stairs. In addition, when Pepper came to us he had bladder stones and this will need to be watched in the future.
